1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use phjoy777: (a) employees of phjoy777 or its affiliates; (b) persons who have been self-excluded from the Platform; (c) persons who have been permanently banned from the Platform; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the above.

2.4 phjoy777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phjoy777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. phjoy777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phjoy777 account. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. phjoy777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjoy777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phjoy777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phjoy777 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your phjoy777 account at any time by contacting customer support. phjoy777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or for regulatory compliance reasons.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 All deposits on phjoy777 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phjoy777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your phjoy777 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. phjoy777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.5 phjoy777 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider before depositing.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your phjoy777 account, subject to the Platform's withdrawal routing rules.

5.3 phjoy777 aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification.

5.4 phjoy777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable regulations.

5.5 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 All games available on phjoy777 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

6.2 phjoy777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Our RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, phjoy777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. phjoy777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available on phjoy777 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the relevant promotion.

7.3 phjoy777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional systems, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on phjoy777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using phjoy777 to process proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjoy777 staff or other players;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.

8.2 phjoy777 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with law enforcement agencies. Any suspected criminal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3 phjoy777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

12. Privacy

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14.3 phjoy777 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory body.
